Couple Steals $1.9 Million

Deanne Ogden, 54, an assistant comptroller for O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln of Hardeeville, SC, and her husband, David Ogden, 56, set up a scheme.
In the scheme, David cashed checks intended for parts vendors of the Ford Lincoln car dealership.
The funds were used to pay credit card bills. Deanne Ogden juggled the books to get the checks written to legitimate parts vendors, but the checks were then directed to David Ogden.
Deanne Ogden is charged with nine counts of breach of trust. David Ogden is charged with three counts of receiving stolen goods.
